Invest in NEA and Build a Legacy
We take the guesswork out of cruelty-free giving and build a perpetual endowment. At NEA, we think of every donation as an investment and every donor as an investor. You are investing in the future of animal advocacy and ultimately in the future of the planet. We take that very seriously. We appreciate the trust you place in us.

Effecting Change
NEA works diligently to build funds so that we can be a powerful force for social change. Our nonprofit grants support the efforts of hardworking animal advocacy groups around the United States. Our other resources battle corrupt propaganda, fund creative advertising and media campaigns and build sustainable coalitions between the animal advocacy community and organizations advocating for human rights, the environment and civil liberties.

Give and Live Forever
Our endowed funds are set up to allow us to use only the interest earned on humanely invested donations. Your invested donation will give year after year. Your donation will give and live forever.

For example, we grant up to 5% of our fund balances every year to animal advocacy nonprofits. The rest is allowed to grow and grow. At 10% interest, in 50 years, your $10,000 gift will have given more than $120,000 and will continue to give more than $6,000 per year … and it will keep growing!

Your Interests at Heart
NEA is a 501(c)(3) charitable, nonprofit organization. Donations are tax deductible. Our endowed funds are invested in a cruelty-free and environmentally responsible manner and only the interest on those funds is used. Grants go only to nonprofit organizations that have a direct, positive impact on animals. When making your donation, you may choose which fund you'd like to contribute to:
  • The Forever Fund (endowed) – This endowed fund supports NEA and its programs with the interest from its humane investments
  • The Grant Fund (endowed) – This endowed fund supports grants to grassroots animal advocacy nonprofit organizations
  • NEA Sustainability Fund (not endowed) – This fund is not endowed and supports the immediate needs of NEA and its programs
If no specific fund is chosen when a donation is made, it will be placed in the “NEA Sustainability Fund.”
